02What data we process
The data you give us through the contact form or by email: name, company (optional), email address and the content of your message.
03Purpose
To reply to your enquiry and, where relevant, prepare a proposal or manage any resulting relationship. We don’t use your data to send you marketing without your consent.
04Legal basis
Your consent, given by ticking the form checkbox (Art. 6.1.a GDPR), and, if we reach an agreement, pre-contractual steps or the performance of a contract (Art. 6.1.b GDPR).
05Retention
We keep the data for as long as needed to handle your enquiry and, afterwards, for the periods required by applicable law.
06Recipients
We don’t share your data with third parties unless legally required. Service providers (web hosting, email or form handling) may access it as data processors, under GDPR safeguards.
07Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by emailing info@3fdigitalsystems.com, and withdraw your consent at any time.
If you believe we haven’t handled your data properly, you can file a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
